Online call center functionality integrated with Mendix
There is a growing demand for integrated software covering all employee-related activities, i.e. combining call center, CRM and business process functionality in a single solution. On request of a customer, we realized an integration between First’s BPM solution in Mendix with Mtel’s Online Contact Center (OCC).
We created a seamless integration of the Online Call Center software in the Mendix BPM portal in a smooth single-platform user experience for the Call Center agent.
